Team Coaching
Beginning both of their coaching careers with American Legion Post 136 of Salem, Oregon, James and Sean have been coaching for private and public organizations for nearly a decade. Most recently James helped coach, and even played for, the Salem Senators to a 2022 Maverick's League Championship. Sean has assisted in back to back Wild Wild West League Championships for 2021 and 2022. Having coached many years in the Salem Baseball Academy fall wood bat league, the Mensing brothers have built teams with players from many local area high schools. In the summer time, the Mensing brothers coach for Post 20 Dirtbags. For Post 20, the Mensing brothers work with players from West Salem, Central, Dallas, Amity, Salem Academy, Crosshill Christian, and Dayton.
